Our Plot:
Slaughtation...
That word seems to echo from the unclean muzzles of those horses that slowly crowd around the "altar". Some how tied at the hooves, fifteen horses stand upon that sacred altar. The Seven Deadly Acts... The breaker of those acts... This is what they get. This is what they deserve. Right? No. No questioning the Seven Acts and its punishments. They were designed by the Saters for the pure benefit for the Kingdom... Well, that's what the story goes by. But is the story even right? Did it know the true intentions the Saters had when they'd made up these rules? No, no it didn't. No one did. But sit back, and I'll tell you a tale... A tale of twisted, hopeless pasts, futures, and what is to happen in the present times... Sit back... And give me your soul for the taking....
The beginning of terror. Hail the end to come...
Whinnies, cries of pain... They filled the air as a miracle began to take place. But it was only a miracle for a short time. When the cries finally stopped, a young filly lay on the ground, oozing in slime. He was on pure beauty. Er... If you'd like, it would also be "appropriate" to call him handsome, also... But when his orbs opened, everyone shrieked away. Mom knew it was the end for her... As all the plagues had mentioned, the Hellbringer had finally come. Such was easily told by the eyes... A pure, frosted white. That was the only color in his eyes. Many must think, "Oh. He's just blind!" but no. His vision was sharp, like every other horse. The bringer of Hell had finally come. The mother? Oh, well, she was slaughtered. Slaughtation...
That word was the first word ever echoed out of the filly's muzzle. That escaped from his tonsils as he watched his mother being ripped limb from limb by the wolves. From the start, he was very sweet, kind-natured... Quiet. Plotting. It all changed, though, when he was spoiled, in fear that he would hate those who did not do what he said. Such a mistake... As he grew, he became... Larger. Not by fat, but by muscle. He attracted every female in his herd. When he grew even older, he began to yearn for power. Absolute power. And when he was old enough, he took control of the pack by force. As time dwindled on, he made what he called, a "Kingdom". And he was the "King" of it all. His land was over twenty acres. But he was all too abusive. He was hated. So, one night, they decided that they'd had enough. A death was planned. It took ten horses to finally take him down. Those ten were the Saters. They eliminated the options for a King or Queen and destroyed all hope for a leader more powerful than them. And for years, they went as powerful horses, not quite in charge of everyone, but with just enough power to keep everything in order.
They began festivals. Every other week, every herd from the Kingdom would gather at the Gathering Tree and they would talk over the weather, the food supplies, the water supplies, the danger lurking, if any, reporting any breakings of the Acts. It was a time to socialize with those that you were close to, or a time to get close to others. On the last day, the final, anticipated event took place. The Slaughtation. Everyone would gather around a rocky altar and they would watch... Watch as horses were piled upon the altar. You see, everyone had gotten so used to watching their own kind being slaughtered, they actually found it entertaining. They had sick, twisted minds. The horses piled up on the altar were the breakers of the Acts. They were slaughtered. Their fault, right? Right...? Right...?! No... Maybe... Yes. It had to be. The Acts, though, weren't made up until the last Sater was on his death bed. He had to do his mission. And so, he left the rules, calling them the Seven Deadly Acts, and the punishments for all. It was made clear that no one ignore these, or the price was death. Forever, the plague will roam. Will the Hellbringer come back?
