I never knew quite what the meaning of love was. Never knew how it was shown. Never knew what it felt like to be loved. People said that I acted out because of this, I still don't know what they meant. All I did was a little experimenting here and there, trying different life styles. Might it be selling drugs or buying them, it was all a little experiment. Next thing I knew I was in court, going to go to juvy for multiple accounts of driving under the influence, driving when I wasn't even old enough, prostitution, drug dealing and possesion of drugs. I had two choices. Juvy was one and then my other choice was a little riding academy called Nightly Academy.
I'd heard the name somewhere. It sounded like a little camping place, way out west, near the rockies. It had a small village by it, with a movie theatre and a couple of little diners. The academy sounded like a piece of cake, so I chose to go there...
Most children think that my academy is a piece of cake, an easy way out. Well there are mistaken. They must live years in the brutal weather of the nearby Rockies, they must work rain, snow or shine. Their work may seem easy but the camp directors work them hard. Also they have to learn their manners. Daily they are checked out for drugs.
Also the students here may not all be bad, recently Nightly Academy has been considering letting scholars in. We have the cabins for them, but will the rumour come true? Will their be a border line between the young criminals and the over achievers? Or will they mix and realize that they aren't so different? You will find out, this coming summer season when the scholars enter.
