Captives are horses belonging to the Lakota Tribe or the Army. They can either have been brought up as captives, or have been free horses that have been captured.
Captives aren't exactly free, and in the army they usually are strictly disciplined. Also, they need a human owner NPC person.
Humans. We tried living without them before...and it got messy.
If you make a captive horse, they'll need an NPC owner. (Don't worry, there's a place for that in the form.) NPC humans can be played by any RPer, and one NPC can personally own up to three horses. Here's a list of humans and their horses to keep track of things. I randomly added some people just in case. xD
