G o l d e n frame worked its way up a rather steep incline alongside the mountain. sure, there were easier ways to climb, but the stallion was feeling up to a challenge. and upon this thought; a foot slipped and along with him fell many pebbles and rocks, dust and miniscule debri. lucky for him, and as chance would have it, he regained ground. snorting, he lowered crown and actually trotted the rest of the way up
B e h i n d him more mountain fell, literally crumbling as his weight was taken off it. perhaps if he had gone slower such destruction would not have happened... so feeling rather ashamed of ruining a trail, he just meandered along. not in any particular direction, just moseying along hoping against hope someone else was up here enjoying the view. sun-kissed pelt was like a beacon, and long alabaster tresses waved as gloriously as any wind beaten banner. mocha eyes were kept focused, listeners alert for any signs of a fellow equine

A white equine was already viewing the beautiful landscape of the Cimarron territory. She breathed out a sigh of content, happy to live in such a beautiful home. This land was perfect, beautiful, peaceful...it was wild and so free. Her light blue orbs observed the sky as an eagle flew in the distance. Yes, the eagle, another symbol of freedom and the wild west. So lucky, she thought and let a smile appear on her grey mouth. So beautiful, so...what was that? One ear flicked back as it heard the sound of approaching hoof-beats. It was slow, at a walk at the most, judging by the four beat gait. Her nostrils took in the scent of a stallion. She turned herself around and squinted her eyes a little to get a better look at the approaching male. Was he a Cimarron member? Don't be stupid, Serenity. Only Cimarron horses live here anyway...right? Then again, there can be new members, her mind went. She decided to speak aloud to him. "Hello there," she greeted with a soft smile apparent on her horse-shaped face. "It's very nice up here."[ooc: I'm here! ]

F o o t f a l l s echoed against the mountain's side, and seemed to grow in sound. if he felt threatened, he would make an attempt to conceal his clicking hooves. alas, he was in much too good a mood to do so. poll was tucked neatly into chest, and limbs even climbed into a trot as the cool wind mustered animation and batted long alabaster dreads about. the wind... felt good. it caressed frame, and seemed to do quite a job at soothing. still, something was missing. it had been so long since his last encounter with any equine, and now he longed to hold a conversation with one, any one. and it seemed his wish was to be granted
B e f o r e mocha orbs even fell upon the fae, her words reached him. a small whicker sounded within throat, but only audible to himself. company! stride grew as gait fell into a slow, yet steady walk. catching the last of her words, he rounded a bend and discovered the source of the voice. an alpine femmora, with a coat that blended with the nearby clouds. and since this had been his first encounter in quite a time, mind went completely blank when it sought out manners or in the very least some common courtesy. was he supposed to ask for a name? perhaps in a bot; he didn't want to seem overeager. dipping zenith as torso halted nearby, his own lyrics sounded
Aye, that it is
