HotC has been active since late 2005, and since then, it has grown into an amazing community of RPers and friends. We're all a bit crazy --in a good way-- and very friendly, so sit back, grab a beverage or something to munch on (don't let your keyboard get sticky though D=) and make yourself welcome! -->>plot<<-- A feeling of disquiet is spreading through the Cimarron, spreading its pervasive fingers into the hearts and thoughts of every horse. Spirit and Rain haven't been seen for many months, and the herd feels uneasy without them. Meanwhile, Alasdi of the Darksun makes plans for war, unaware of Spirit's absence. Even rogues are feeling the tremors of things to come. If and when the leaders of the Cimarron return...just what will they be returning to? -->>weather<<-- Spring is slowly fading into summer. The snowmelt and rain have ushered in an explosion of green, and everywhere you look, from the highest peaks of the mountains to the desert and dry badlands, there is life and it is thriving. The sun shines without mercy in the lower altitudes, but hot days often give way to rainy evenings. Thunderstorms roll across the plains, bringing with them rain, hail, and of course lightning. With all the moisture, though, chances of wildfires are low. |
